随着我国电力系统的不断发展,电力系统的无功问题及动态电压稳定问题日益凸显。高压大容量新型静止无功发生嚣(static synchronous compensater,STATCOM)是解决上述问题的强有力手段。文中详细地介绍了我国首台±20 Mvar STATCOM工业样机的基本原理、主电路结构、纯水冷却系统、保护控制系统及监测系统。最后介绍了±20 Mvar STATCOM装置的现场运行情况,根据现场记录的数据给出了装置的运行率、计划停运率及强迫停运率,并对装置运行中出现的问题给出了分析。±20 Mvar STATCOM工业样机的开发经验及现场运行经验对高压大容量STATCOM装置的产业化有重要的价值。
With the continuous development of power system in our country, reactive power problems and dynamic voltage stability of power systems have become increasingly prominent. High-voltage high-capacity static synchronous compensator (STATCOM) is a powerful solution to the above problems. The paper introduces in detail the basic principle, main circuit structure, pure water cooling system, protection and control system and monitoring system of the first ± 20 Mvar STATCOM industrial prototype in our country. Finally, the field operation of ± 20 Mvar STATCOM is introduced. The operation rate, planned outage rate and forced outage rate of the unit are given according to the recorded data. The problems in the operation of the unit are also analyzed. ± 20 Mvar STATCOM Industrial prototype development experience and field operation experience is of great value to the industrialization of high-voltage, high-capacity STATCOM devices.
