以再生3104铝合金材料为实验研究对象,借助Deform软件和实验分析了不同复合热处理条件下的微观组织。实验结果表明,将试样进行深冷处理24 h+580℃均匀化热处理10 h,得到的组织更加的均匀细小,组织中的Al6Mn相具有抑制晶粒粗化的作用。
Taking the regenerated 3104 aluminum alloy material as the experimental research object, the microstructure of the composites under different composite heat treatment conditions was analyzed by means of Deform software and experiments. The experimental results show that the microstructure of Al6Mn phase in the microstructure has the effect of inhibiting grain coarsening by cryogenic treatment of the sample 24 h + 580 ℃ homogenization heat treatment for 10 h.
