司法公信力是民众对司法的信任、尊重、认同的心理态度和信仰程度,是法治建设的重要内容,更是司法权威的重要标志。当下中国司法公力不足的原因是多方面的,笔者认为为了实现良性司法,提高司法公信力,必须建立客观、科学的司法公信力的评价系统。
The credibility of the judiciary is the people’s psychological attitude and belief to trust, respect and recognition of the judiciary. It is an important part of the construction of the rule of law and an important symbol of judicial authority. There are many reasons for the current lack of judicial power in China. In my opinion, in order to achieve good justice and improve the credibility of the judiciary, we must establish an objective and scientific evaluation system of judicial credibility.
