介绍了评价中间车端部结构防侧面碰撞性的方法。通过对电动车组轻量化不锈钢车体结构及接合部位实型体的冲击试验,评价了端部结构的变形和防撞性,并采用有限元分析进行验证。结果表明,这些方法是有效的。
The method of evaluating the side collision resistance of the end of the middle car is introduced. The deformation and crashworthiness of the end structure were evaluated by the impact test on the light-weight stainless steel body structure and the joint body of the EMU. The finite element analysis was used to verify the deformation. The results show that these methods are effective.
