在介绍图书馆馆藏资源建设现状和数字资源评估的意义的基础上,对国內外数字资源评估研究进行调研,并着重介绍美国研究图书馆学会开展的“电子资源计量”项目(E-metrics);从数字资源的基本情况、数字资源的价格、数字资源的服务及使用几个方面考虑,提出数字资源评估指标体系的建设方案;指出数字资源利用统计是数字资源评估的基础,应定期做好这一工作。
Based on the introduction of the current situation of library collection resources construction and the significance of digital resource assessment, this dissertation investigates the research of digital resource assessment at home and abroad and focuses on the “E-metrics” developed by the American Association for Research Libraries. From the aspects of the basic situation of digital resources, the price of digital resources and the service and use of digital resources, the author puts forward the construction plan of digital resource evaluation index system; points out that the utilization of digital resources statistics is the foundation of digital resource evaluation; A job.
