目的利用中药材提取液来还原Ag+获得相应的银纳米材料,并对其抑菌活性进行研究。方法利用大黄等15种中药材提取液还原制备了银纳米溶液,采用激光粒度仪(HPPS)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外可见分光光度计(UV)测定了银纳米颗粒的尺寸和分布。采用纸片琼脂扩散法和倍比稀释法,测定了银纳米颗粒的抑菌作用。结果大黄、制首乌、香薷水提液还原制备的银纳米颗粒得率和反应速率较理想。制备所得的银纳米粒径为100 nm左右,均匀性好,分散性好,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的生长均有明显的抑制作用,其中,以制首乌-银纳米抑菌作用最强。结论中药材作为天然生物还原剂,可用于银纳米颗粒的制备。
OBJECTIVE: To study the antibacterial activity of silver nanomaterials by reducing Ag + with extracts of Chinese herbal medicines. Methods The silver nanoparticles were prepared by reducing the extract of 15 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines such as Rhubarb. The size and distribution of silver nanoparticles were determined by laser particle sizer (HPPS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and UV-visible spectrophotometer (UV). Agar diffusion method and the ratio of dilution method was used to determine the antibacterial effect of silver nanoparticles. Results Rhubarb, Radix polygoni multiflori, Xanthium liquid extract prepared silver nanoparticles yield and reaction rate is ideal. The prepared silver nanoparticles have a diameter of about 100 nm, good uniformity and good dispersibility, and obviously inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Among them, Strong. Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine as a natural biological reductant, can be used for the preparation of silver nanoparticles.
