路新抗生素利福定、化学名异丁基哌嗪力复霉素化学名:3(-4~lsobuty 1—1——piperazinyl)rifamycin SV。本药与利福平是同类型的化合物,只是在奈环C_3的侧链上取代基团不同,前者为异丁基、后者为甲基。利福定对结核杆菌、麻风杆菌等分枝杆菌活性较利福平为高,而毒付作用更小。作为国产新药的利福定,其分子水平抗菌作用原理作者前文已报导。本文从细胞、亚细胞及分子水平上初步观察比较了两药的抗菌后效作用方式的同异。
