妊娠合并巨乳症,临床上罕见。国内曾报道过两例。兹介绍本院最近收治特大1例。患者女,24岁,第一胎,1976年12月22日入院。患者23岁8月下旬月经第一次来潮。月经每2—3个月1次,4—5天干净、暗红。入院前3月怀孕,两乳突然迅速增大,作痛。体检:一般情况尚可,发育正常,五官无特殊,表浅淋巴结未触及,心、肺(-)。胸围通过乳头为115厘米。仰卧位时,右乳房32×27×15厘米,周径83厘米;左乳38×28×17厘米,周径95厘米。两乳表面血管明显扩张迂曲(照片)。
Pregnancy complicated with giant breast disease, clinically rare. Two cases have been reported in China. I hereby introduce the hospital recently admitted an extra large 1 case. Female patient, 24 years old, first child, admitted to hospital on December 22, 1976. Patients 23 years old in late August the first wave of menstruation. Menstrual every 2-3 months 1, 4-5 days clean, dark red. 3 months before admission, pregnancy, two milk suddenly increased rapidly, painful. Physical examination: the general situation is acceptable, normal development, facial features no special, superficial lymph nodes not touched, heart, lung (-). Bust through the nipple is 115 cm. Supine position, the right breast 32 × 27 × 15 cm, 83 cm in circumference; left breast 38 × 28 × 17 cm, 95 cm in circumference. Two milk surface blood vessels significantly tortuous (photo).
