一、考察访问概况这次考察团的任务,是为了实地了解美国在水利经济、工程管理和水资源规划三个领域的教育科研和有关生产情况。其目的是吸收有益的情报和经验,以供我院工程管理,水利经济两个新专业的建设发展,以及水文,水资源,水能等一些老专业学科,在提高培养本科生、研究生的质量和科研水平上的参考借鉴。考察团由上述各专业的教授和业务行政负责人五人组成。其成员是:叶秉如(团长)、周之豪、梁永庚、李寿声、何定达。
I. Overview of the visit This mission of the delegation is to understand on the ground the education, scientific research and related production of the United States in the three fields of water conservancy economy, project management and water resources planning. Its purpose is to absorb useful intelligence and experience for the construction of two new majors of project management and water conservancy in our hospital as well as some old professional disciplines such as hydrology, water resources and hydro power, so as to raise the quality of training undergraduates and postgraduates And reference level of scientific research. The delegation consisted of five professors and business executives from each of the above professions. Its members are: Ye Bingru (head), Zhou Hao, Liang Yongge, Lee Shou Sing, He Dingda.
