高等院校电子阅览室主要为师生提供网络数据库、光盘数据库、馆藏书目以及相关的学术音频视频等电子文献资料检索与查询服务。本文中,首先从电子阅览室服务功能定位不够准确、网络安全威胁、电子资源能力建设不到位等三个方面论述了电子阅览室建设存在的问题,并从明确电子阅览室定位健全服务功能、加强对高校电子阅览室的维护管理、优化资源能力建设提升服务层次方面提出了促进高校图书馆电子阅览室发展的对策、建议。
The electronic reading room of colleges and universities mainly provides the electronic information retrieval and inquiry services for teachers and students, such as internet database, CD-ROM database, bibliography and related academic audio video. In this paper, the author firstly discusses the problems in the construction of electronic reading room from three aspects: inaccurate positioning of electronic reading room service functions, threats to network security and inadequate construction of electronic resources capabilities. From the three aspects of defining the function of electronic reading room, Proposed countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of electronic reading room in university library in respect of the maintenance and management of electronic reading room in colleges and universities, optimizing the capacity of resources and raising the service level.
