由于国家对大鍛件的需要日益增長,大型水压机已成为重型机器制造中的关鍵問題。虽然由于焊接新技术的迅速發展,已有可能將一些特大鍛件用焊接方法来制造。但并不是所有鍛件都能用焊接結構。为了保証国家具有制造能力强大的汽輪机、水輪机、發电机、軋鋼机、破碎設备的力量,今后必需加紧进行大型水压机車間的建設。因此对水压机車間的設計問題也应加以注意。根据参考資料,世界各国(除苏联外)的重型水压机車間的設备能力估計如下:(参見参考資料1)
Due to the growing need for heavy forgings in the country, large hydraulic presses have become a key issue in the manufacture of heavy machinery. Although due to the rapid development of new welding technologies, it has been possible to produce some extra large forgings by welding methods. But not all forgings can be welded.
