十年树木,百年树人。教育事业是一项长期而艰巨的事业,在人类生涯里,无论是以什么方式,人们都是在接受教育和给予教育中不断成长的。教学质量的优劣会是影响学生人生的直接原因,学生的成功与否是包括自身的努力和所接受的教育的质量。教学质量的提高能让学生高效地掌握知识外,还能激发出学生强烈的求知欲望,正确给自己定位,靠自己的努力学习成才。学生的成才体现明显的是上大学及其继续深造,成才的标志则是在给自己创造财富的同时也为社会做出应有的贡献。学历高不一定能力高,但是教学质量高,学校的生存能力就强,学生的自身素质就愈完善。
