张浩,出生辽王朝东京辽阳府（辽宁辽阳）渤海大族世家,为金朝四世海陵王朝末期、五世金世宗时期首任一品尚书令;专传存《金史》卷八三,记有五子,＂汝为、汝霖、汝能、汝方、汝猷＂,并附载其子《张汝霖传》,记汝霖官至金世宗朝尚书左丞,时称执政官,正二品,＂为宰相之贰,佐治省事＂,余四子史事,皆失载。
