国产的加粉堆焊复合钢板与进口复合钢板相比 ,在硬度、耐磨性等质量方面存在一定差距 ,通过提高合金粉与焊丝比例 ,调整合金粉成分 ,改进堆焊工艺及焊后整形处理等措施 ,大幅度提高了堆焊复合钢板的耐磨性能及外观质量 ,基本达到进口堆焊复合钢板的技术水平。
