As an integral part of the administrative punishment, administrative punishment of animal health supervision is of great significance for the legitimacy of the main qualifications, the content of punishment and the punishment procedure. This article discusses the recognition of the legitimacy of animal health supervision and administrative punishment from these three aspects.
