本文对德国标准DIN3990所推荐的齿轮接触压力和齿根弯曲应力计算公式及公式中所包含的系数作了较全面的介绍和说明,并叙述了当前试验研究工作的情况。文中有些系数尚未定出具体数据,或者仅有作为参考用的近似值。尽管这样,我们可从文中看到他们的研究方法;考虑问题的出发点和试验研究工作的进展情况。 DIN 3990计算公式具有普遍意义,因此所考虑的因素较多,公式较繁。如果根据各专业所用齿轮传动的特点即其特殊性,标准中推荐的公式和系数便可大大简化,以利于设计计算。因此,这篇文章可以作为我们设计和研究齿轮传动的参考。
This paper gives a comprehensive introduction and explanation on the calculation formulas and formulas of gear contact pressure and tooth root bending stress recommended by German standard DIN3990 and describes the current experimental research work. Some of the coefficients in this paper have not been given specific data, or only as an approximation for reference. Despite this, we can see from the text their research methods; consider the starting point of the problem and the progress of experimental research. DIN 3990 calculation formula has universal meaning, so consider more factors, the formula is more complicated. According to the characteristics of the gear transmission used in various professions, that is, its particularity, the formulas and coefficients recommended in the standard can be greatly simplified to facilitate design and calculation. Therefore, this article can be used as a reference for designing and researching gearing.
