I. INTRODUCTION With the development of oxygen steelmaking, there is an increasing demand that the direct steelmaking method be used to control the steel making process instead of the traditional chemical analysis methods. Solidification temperature of molten steel set carbon method (or crystal fixed carbon) is a straightforward direct reading promising one way. At home and abroad are a wide range of experimental research and application. The test device is directly in the furnace with the probe sampling, instead of using a sample spoon sampling method of operation. Not only to reduce the error due to sample spoon sampling operation, but also to set the carbon faster than the crystallization of the outside of the furnace. After 1977 and 1978
