为了应用振动处理技术消除大型储罐接管焊缝的残余焊接应力,对该方法的处理效果进行试验研究,并与传统的热处理方法进行对比。试验表明:振动处理与热处理相比,大约可降低成本95%,节约电能8%,处理作业时间缩短近10倍。现已成功用于大庆油田两台5万m3储罐接管的消除应力处理。
In order to apply the vibration treatment technology to eliminate the residual weld stress of the weld of the large-scale storage tank, the treatment effect of the method is studied and compared with the conventional heat treatment method. Experiments show that: vibration treatment and heat treatment compared to about 95% lower costs, saving 8% of electricity, processing time shortened nearly 10 times. Has been successfully used for Daqing Oilfield two 50,000 m3 tank takeover stress relief treatment.
