从1986年3月～1995年5月,头颈外科应用前臂游离皮瓣及岛状胸大肌肌皮瓣修复口腔及颌面部恶性肿瘤大面积切除后组织缺损50例(52次手术)。男性36例,女性14例。鳞状细胞癌43例,腺癌7例,前臂游离皮瓣重建舌5例,颊粘膜3例,腮腺癌切除后皮肤缺损4例,岛状胸大肌肌皮瓣修复口底及舌15例,牙龈4例,扁桃体癌术后3例,眼睑癌侵及眶内切除1例。50例中47例成功占94％,其中三年生存率62.9％(22/35),五年生存率36.4％(8/22)。
From March 1986 to May 1995, head and neck surgery with free forearm flap and island pectoralis major myocutaneous flap was used to repair 50 cases of tissue defects (52 surgeries) after extensive resection of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors. 36 males and 14 females. 43 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 7 cases of adenocarcinoma, 5 cases of reconstruction flap of forearm free flap, 3 cases of buccal mucosa, 4 cases of skin defect after resection of parotid adenocarcinoma and 15 cases of mouth and tongue of island pectoralis major myocutaneous repair , 4 cases of gums, 3 cases of postoperative tonsil cancer, 1 case of eyelid carcinoma invasion and orbital resection. Among the 50 cases, 47 cases were successful, accounting for 94%. The three-year survival rate was 62.9% (22/35) and the five-year survival rate was 36.4% (8/22).
