随着我国社会经济的快速发展,科学技术水平的日益提高,企业间的竞争也越来越激烈,为了在激烈的市场竞争中立足,企业需要不断的加强自身的管理水平,例如在企业财务管理方面,需要更加的追求精益化管理,从而增加企业的利润和增强企业在市场中的竞争力,财务精益管理有助于提供良好的平台,使企业整体的精益管理战略得到实施,并且可以准确地展现各项资金的使用途径,从而达到财务管理工作精细化的目的,最终提高企业的经济效益。本文首先论述了财务精益管理的概念,接着对企业财务管理的现状作了分析。最后对如何运用和提升企业财务精益管理提出了一些意见和建议供阅者参考。
