在田径的跳远的教学中,学生因踏板不准确而犯规或者踏不上板是一个普遍存在的问题。在比赛中,也存在同样的问题,使运动员在比赛中失败,使本来可以更好的成绩大打折扣。大量事实表明,跳远踏板准确率差,成功率低是影响成绩提高的主要障碍之一。本文针跳远中助跑踏板的准确性问题,分析其影响因素,总结经验,对促进体育教学提供有利的帮助。
In long-distance athletics teaching, foul or inaccessible students because of inaccurate pedal is a common problem. In the game, there are also the same problems, the failure of athletes in the competition, so that the results can be greatly reduced. A large number of facts show that the jumper pedal accuracy is poor, low success rate is one of the main obstacles to improve performance. In this paper, the accuracy of running pedal in long jump is analyzed, the influencing factors are analyzed, and the experience is summarized, which is helpful to the promotion of physical education.
