冬季是搬运工人工作最忙的一个季节,同时天寒地冷,没有很好的校舍,又没有很好的经验,如果不及时抓紧学习,业校最易垮台。本校在开学后的前两个月中,平均每日出席率在百分之八十以上,最近受天气冷,工作忙的影响,降低到百分之四十五,最低曾降到百分之三十三,形式严重的流动现象,针对这样的情况经过大家一再设法克服,同时又听了粱局长的出席第一次全国工农教育会议的传报告以后,更明确了冬季巩固工作的重要性,于是我们更进一步的抓紧学习,运用各种方式方法,争取学员出席,提高学习情绪。最近两周来,已大见好转,平均每日增加百分之二三十以上,收到了相当效果,兹将我们巩固工作的经验介绍于后,以作各校参考:
