给大鼠每日喂服雷公藤总甙(TⅡ)10mg/kg 7、13周和20mg/kg 4、10周,结果其精子发生及曲细精管晚期精子细胞碱性核蛋白的替代和转换均受到明显抑制;附睾尾精子数目明显减少,残存精子畸变,头部膨大,头颈断裂,颈部断端高度卷曲;精子线粒体酶反应颗粒减少。心、肝及肾多种酶活性与对照组比较无明显差别,但3种组织的SDH及肾小管中的ACP显著增强,近曲小管刷状缘的ALP活性轻微减弱,提示3种主要器官的轻微改变是机体对TⅡ毒性的一种适应性反应。
