工程造价是工程建设的关键,其制定的合理性与工程造价人员的水平息息相关,为此需要对工程造价专业人才进行继续教育,使其具备良好的职业技能和素养。本文就工程造价专业人才继续教育发展中存在的一些问题,结合近期继续教育相关改革发展战略,提出积极创新工程造价专业人才继续教育的措施建议,旨在提升继续教育管理工作的效率和效果。
Project cost is the key to project construction. The rationality of formulating it is closely related to the level of project cost personnel. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to educate project cost professionals so that they possess good vocational skills and accomplishments. Based on some problems in the continuous education of engineering cost professionals and the recent reform and development strategies of continuing education, this paper puts forward suggestions on how to innovate the continuing education of engineering cost professionals so as to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of continuing education management.
