目的:观察特女贞甙(SPN)体外对小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化和自然杀伤细胞活性的影响。方法:分别采用(1)3H-TdR掺入法,以核素掺入量为测定指标;(2)3H-TdR标记靶细胞释放法,以杀伤率和抑制率为测定指标。结果:SPN能与亚适量刀豆球蛋白A(ConA)协同提高正常鼠脾T淋巴细胞的转化;SPN对正常鼠脾自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性无明显作用(P>0.05),但能显著提高由环磷酰胺抑制的NK杀伤功能(P<0.01),减轻由地塞米松引起的NK活性低下作用(P<0.01)。结论:SPN为中药女贞子中具有免疫活性的水溶性成分之一。
Objective: To observe the effect of SPN on the spleen lymphocyte transformation and natural killer cell activity in mice. METHODS: (1) 3H-TdR incorporation method was used to determine the incorporation of radionuclides. (2) 3H-TdR labeled target cell release method was used to determine the killing rate and inhibition rate. RESULTS: SPN could synergistically increase the conversion of spleen T lymphocytes in normal mice with subcontractor ConA, and SPN had no significant effect on the natural killer cell (NK) activity of normal mice (P>0.05). Can significantly improve the inhibition of NK killing by cyclophosphamide (P <0.01), reduce the dexamethasone-induced NK activity (P <0.01). Conclusion: SPN is one of the water-soluble components with immunological activity in Ligustrum lucidum.
