某活塞环厂是专门生产各类柴油机、汽车发动机活塞环的重点厂之一。这类动力机械上的活塞环铸铁件具有重量轻、断面薄、碳当量高、硫量低等特点。该厂熔化设备是0.5t的三相电弧炉和3t的工频炉,铁水熔化温度为1500~1600℃,浇注温度为1400~1500℃。在生产中,以0.4~0.6%的75硅铁进行孕育处理,有时活塞环因其断口上出现白口而报废,因此,必须寻找一种更为有效的孕育剂来提高活塞环的质量。我所研制的碳硅锪复合孕
