研究了小麦悬浮培养细胞及小麦幼苗高温锻炼过程中钙调素含量的变化规律。结果表明 ,小麦悬浮培养细胞或幼苗经 34℃锻炼均可引起钙调素的积累 ,Ca2 + 螯合剂EGTA对钙调素的积累具有抑制作用
The changes of calmodulin content in wheat suspension cells and wheat seedlings during high temperature exercise were studied. The results showed that the accumulation of calmodulin was induced in wheat suspension cells or seedlings at 34 ℃, and the Ca2 + chelator EGTA could inhibit the accumulation of calmodulin
