1988年4月,我们对河南省周口市蔬莱乡1336名家中有0～7岁儿童的妇女,采用整群抽样法进行了调查。结果:①周口市近郊有34个自然村,6773户,总人口25601人。其中0～7岁儿童1593人。乡卫生院无专职妇幼保健人员,由25名乡村医生兼任接生员。②在旧法接生的46名中,分娩过急22人(47.8%),计划外生育21人(45.7％),余为经济困难。③在1336名妇女,希望开展婚前检查者占92.0%,希望住
In April 1988, we conducted a survey using a cluster sampling method among 1336 children aged 0-7 years in Shulan Township, Zhoukou City, Henan Province. Results: ① There are 34 villages in the suburbs of Zhoukou City with 6773 households and a total population of 25601. Among them, there are 1593 children aged 0-7 years. Township hospitals without full-time maternal and child health staff, by 25 rural doctors concurrently birth attendants. ② Of the 46 patients who received the old procedure, 22 (47.8%) had an urgent delivery and 21 (45.7%) had an unplanned childbirth.
