生态文明强调经济发展与环境改善的相互兼容,中国拥有追求生态文明全面发展的经济和政治资源。可再生能源和生态消费是生态文明建设中的两个关键因素。鉴于化石能源终将耗竭及其对生态环境的巨大破坏,可再生能源将成为生态文明建设的必然选择。我们可以运用市场化手段,通过高级能源管理合同和可再生能源电网,建立起高效的可再生能源系统;同时,在经济领域,尝试以生态消费评估税取代增值税,用市场价格体系为消费者、生产者和投资者发送可持续发展的积极信号。
Ecological civilization emphasizes the mutual compatibility of economic development and environmental improvement. China has the economic and political resources to pursue the all-round development of ecological civilization. Renewable energy and ecological consumption are two key factors in the construction of ecological civilization.
