1947年陕甘宁边区执行《中国土地法大纲》精神,在彻底平分土地的改革中出现了阶级划分紊乱、侵犯中农和工商业者的利益、对党员干部不分好坏乱打乱杀等“左”倾错误,影响了土地改革的健康发展。边区政府及时采取一系列措施进行纠偏,成效显著,为全国其他地区实行土地改革工作作了示范,同时也为解放大西北作出贡献。
In 1947, the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region implemented the spirit of the “Outline of Land Law of China.” In the process of completely equalizing the land reform, there emerged the disorder of class division, the violation of the interests of the middle peasants and the business people, the indiscriminate and chaotic killing of Party members and cadres, etc. “ Left ”error, affecting the healthy development of land reform. The border government took a series of measures in time to rectify the situation with remarkable results, demonstrating the implementation of land reform in other parts of the country and at the same time contributing to the liberation of the Greater Northwest.
