分析了大型高温重质油储罐的火灾风险,其风险主要源于油品温度高、油品馏程宽、单罐容积大等方面。指出固定式灭火系统是大型高温重质油储罐的主要灭火方式,分析了粉体型灭火系统和泡沫型灭火系统应用于扑救高温重质油储罐火灾的可行性,指出泡沫型灭火系统是储罐灭火的首选,粉体型灭火系统因覆盖范围有限和抗复燃能力低等原因不适用于扑救此类储罐火灾。针对高温重质油储罐消防系统的设计,从专用泡沫灭火剂研发、灭火系统能力提升方面提出了研究建议,为固定式消防系统设计提供依据。
The fire risks of large high temperature and heavy oil storage tanks are analyzed. The risks mainly come from the high temperature of oil products, wide distillation range of oil products and large volume of single tank. It is pointed out that the fixed fire extinguishing system is the main way to extinguish fire in large high temperature and heavy oil storage tanks. The feasibility of applying powder fire extinguishing system and foam fire extinguishing system to extinguish high temperature heavy oil storage tank fire is analyzed. The paper points out that foam fire extinguishing system is The first choice for tank fire extinguishing is that the powder type fire extinguishing system is not suitable for fighting such tank fires due to limited coverage and low resistance to repeated combustion. Aiming at the design of the fire protection system of high temperature and heavy oil storage tank, the research proposal is put forward from the research and development of the special foam fire extinguishing agent and the improvement of the fire extinguishing system capability, which provides the basis for the design of fixed fire protection system.
