本文采用永停法测定脂肪乳剂的过氧化值,并对其方法条件进行了研究。应用永停法测定脂肪乳剂的过氧化值较采用淀粉脂示剂法终点清楚、准确,该方法灵敏度(以测得乳剂最小过氧化值(POV)_(min)为度)为0.032±0.001meq/L;重现性好,其变异系数约小于1%;对碘的回收率为99.22±0.36%。研究了影响测定的因素,选择出应用本法较理想的实验条件。
In this paper, Yong-stop method for the determination of fat emulsion peroxide value, and its conditions were studied. The determination of the peroxide value of the fat emulsion by using the stop-and-go method was more clear and accurate than that of the starch fat method. The sensitivity of the method (measured by the minimum peroxide value (POV) _ (min)) was 0.032 ± 0.001 meq / L; reproducible, the coefficient of variation of less than about 1%; recovery of iodine was 99.22 ± 0.36%. The factors affecting the determination were studied, and the more ideal experimental conditions were selected.
