本文运用补偿基础理论,结合高层建筑华家饭店10层楼的试点,对该工程的基础进行研究,设计成“箱式倒拱板基础”。经过建成后四年的使用和工程实践的成果评估表明:这种新型基础结构,整体刚度大,安全可靠,沉陷量小,无需打桩,既节约造价,又缩短工期,因此具有显著实用经济效益。尤其对软土地基,高层建筑采用无桩基础更有其普遍应用价值。 全文简要地阐述了补偿基础的理论以及计算要点,并对箱形倒拱板基础的配筋和构造作了详细介绍,为今后改进和推广这种新型基础提供了技术信息和研究成果。
In this paper, the basic theory of compensation is used in combination with the pilot project of the 10-storey high-rise building of the Huajia Hotel, and the foundation of the project is studied and designed as a “box-type inverted arch foundation”. After four years of use, the evaluation results of the use and engineering practices show that this new type of basic structure has a large overall stiffness, safety, reliability, and a small amount of subsidence. It does not require piling, saves cost, and shortens the construction period. Therefore, it has significant practical economic benefits. Especially for soft soil foundations, the use of pile-free foundations in high-rise buildings has more universal application value. This paper briefly expounds the theory of compensation and the key points of calculation. It also gives a detailed introduction to the reinforcement and construction of box-shaped inverted arch foundation, which provides technical information and research results for the future improvement and promotion of this new type of foundation.
