休斯顿Reintack系统公司研制了一种新型固相控制系统,设计以单级过滤流程来清除钻井液中的固相和天然气,并产生较易处理的较干燥、密实的岩屑。“Max系统”是单道,全流量连续过滤真空分离系统,没有振动筛或离心泵t。据Ramtack公司称,Max系统比较小,也比较便宜,而且需要的动力和维修比使用振动泥浆筛、脱气装置、除砂器,除泥器和离心泵等常规钻井液处理系统要小。
Houston Reintack Systems Inc. has developed a new solid-state control system designed to remove the solid phase and gas from the drilling fluid in a single-stage filtration process and to produce drier, dense cuttings that are easier to handle. “Max system ” is a single channel, full flow continuous filtration vacuum separation system, no shaker or centrifugal pump t. According to Ramtack, the Max system is smaller and cheaper and requires less power and maintenance than conventional drilling fluid handling systems such as vibrating mud screens, degassers, desander, desilter and centrifugal pumps.
