一、蓄热室的功能蓄热室功能,概括地讲,就是将烟气的热量通过格子体的蓄热作用,传给空气或煤气。如图1所示,当高温烟气流经蓄热室格子砖表面时,将热量传递给格子砖,此时砖的温度逐渐升高。当换成空气或煤气流过该格子砖表面时,蓄积在砖内的热量则传给空气或煤气,从而达到预热的目的。对于中间传热介质格子体来说,一个周期是它的加热期,另一个周期是它的冷却期,如此周而复始地反复进行。
First, the function of regenerator The regenerator function, in a nutshell, is the flue gas through the plaid body heat storage effect, passed to the air or gas. As shown in Fig. 1, when the high-temperature flue gas flows through the surface of the regenerator lattice brick, the heat is transferred to the lattice brick, and the temperature of the brick is gradually increased. When replaced by air or gas flow through the lattice brick surface, the heat accumulated in the brick is passed to the air or gas, so as to achieve the purpose of preheating. For the intermediate heat transfer medium lattice, one cycle is its heating period, the other is its cooling period, so repeated over and over again.
