目的:探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与冠心病(CHD)发病的相关性。方法:选择我院CHD117例作为观察组;另选健康体检者50例作为对照组。采用循环酶法分别测定两组患者Hcy水平。结果:观察组Hcy水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01);不同临床类型患者Hcy水平,急性心肌梗死(AMI)>不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)>稳定型心绞痛(SAP)>对照组;0、1、2、3支血管病变者Hcy水平呈逐级增高趋势。结论:Hcy水平变化与CHD的发生、发展密切相关,是CHD发病的独立危险因素。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between homocysteine (Hcy) level and the incidence of coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: Select our hospital CHD 117 cases as the observation group; another 50 cases of healthy physical examination as a control group. Cyclic enzyme method was used to determine the level of Hcy in both groups. Results: The level of Hcy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). The levels of Hcy, AMI, UAP> SAP> , 1, 2, 3 vascular lesions Hcy level was gradually increased trend. Conclusion: The change of Hcy level is closely related to the occurrence and development of CHD and is an independent risk factor for CHD.
