苏里格气田“低孔、低渗”的特点决定了其单井产量低、井距小、井网密,而其地处沙漠,生态环境脆弱,更适宜采用丛式井组开发,但从式井施工周期长、钻井成本高等因素影响了从式井组的推广应用。为了解决制约定向井钻井速度提升的瓶颈问题,从优化斜井段钻具组合、轨迹控制、PDC钻头的选型及优化钻井液体系等方面着手,通过现场实践、摸索、总结,研究出了一套提高苏里格丛式井钻井速度的配套技术,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
