目的探讨急性硫化氢中毒事故发生的原因,为预防家庭作坊式加工场发生中毒事故提供依据。方法用快速检气管对事故现场硫化氢浓度进行检测,对中毒事故发生的原因进行调查分析。结果1名清洗腌制池女工和2名救援女工因缺乏防护意识和抢救知识发生了急性硫化氢中毒,与报道的我国硫化氢中毒的特点及其规律相符合。结论对从事接触废水作业的劳动者普及自我保护知识和施救技巧是预防职业性硫化氢中毒的关键。
Objective To investigate the causes of acute hydrogen sulfide poisoning accidents and provide basis for prevention of poisoning accidents in family workshops. Methods The concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the scene of accident was detected by rapid test tube, and the cause of poisoning accident was investigated. Results An acute hydrogen sulfide poisoning occurred in a housewife cleaning pool and two rescue workers because of the lack of protection consciousness and rescue knowledge, which is consistent with the reported characteristics and laws of hydrogen sulfide poisoning in our country. Conclusion It is the key to prevent occupational hydrogen sulfide poisoning that popularizing self-protection knowledge and rescue techniques for laborers working in contact with wastewater.
