从资本主义国家干预经济的角度分析,可把战后至今西方发达国家对经济干预的发展变化分为两大时期,一是从恢复、繁荣到滞涨时期国家干预的加强,二是从滞涨到逐步摆脱滞涨时期干预政策的调整。
