中央人民政府內務部謝覺哉部長在七月十七日第一届全國民政會議會上作了「关于人民民主建政工作報告」。该會議於七均十五日開幕,八月五日閉幕。報告全文如下: 人民民主建政,是组织人民国家的基本工作。這一工作的具體任務,各級人民政府都委託民政部門來做。因此本會議以此為主要題。我的報告是想把一年多以來全國各地的建政工作,做一槪略的简述。
The Minister of Internal Affairs of the Central People’s Government Xie Jaizai made the “Report on the People’s Democratic Construction of the People’s Political Consultative Work” at the first session of the National People’s Congress on July 17. The meeting opened on July 15 and closed on August 5. The full text of the report reads as follows: The people’s democratic construction of the government is the basic task of organizing the people’s country. The specific tasks of this work, the people’s government at all levels have entrusted civil affairs departments to do. Therefore, this meeting as the main topic. My report is intended to give a brief outline of the work of building government in various parts of the country over the past year or so.
