目的探讨Vitapex对年轻恒牙实行根尖诱导成形术的疗效及体会。方法选取郑州市第三人民医院在2009年11月—2012年5月收治的49例年轻恒牙患者,根据患者的临床资料及实际情况实行根尖诱导成形术,评估患者的治疗效果,并对相关的影响因素进行分析。结果 49例患者中110颗根尖发育未完成的年轻恒牙进行治疗,成功29例,有效16例,失败4例,总有效率为91.8%。结论 Vitapex是一种理想的根尖诱导制剂,对于患者的治疗效果较为显著,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect and experience of Vitapex on apexification of young permanent teeth. Methods 49 cases of young permanent teeth admitted to Zhengzhou Third People’s Hospital from November 2009 to May 2012 were selected. The apical inducement was performed according to the clinical data of the patients and the actual situation, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Related factors for analysis. Results Out of 49 patients, 110 newly developed permanent permanent teeth with apical development were treated successfully. Twenty-nine patients were successful, 16 were effective and 4 failed. The total effective rate was 91.8%. Conclusion Vitapex is an ideal apex inducing preparation, which has significant therapeutic effect on patients and is worth popularizing in clinic.
