综合利用水库的设计.目前在理论上还很不完善,其中主要问题是多种保证率的处理还没很好解决。设计保证率有三种衡量方法:按保证用水的数量、按保证用水的历时、按保证用水的年数量。如何尽量满足大多数主要用水部门的需求.要通过初始兴利调节计算、统计破坏年的缺水量等一系列计算,最后绘制保证率曲线及供水调度国。采用计算机可准确计算出成果,从而实现一水多用、一库多利,充分发挥水库的综合作用。本文以磨盘山水库为例,认为该方法能达到同时满足不同用水部门多种设计保证率的目的。
