音乐教育是实施素质教育的一个重要途径,在培养人的全面素质教育发展过程中发挥重大的作用。戏曲艺术是融合表演、演唱为一体,并以唱、念、做、打的综合性表演为基本形式的独特的艺术门类。在学校开设戏曲艺术课,不仅可以增强学生对民族民间音乐的认识,进一步了解民族民间音乐发展,而且能促进学生学习祖国传统的音乐文化。学习和演唱戏曲音乐有助于提高自身音乐素质和修养,还能增强他们的民族自豪感。
