在“新课改”全面实施的今天,职业学校的学校管理方式从经验管理、制度管理向文化管理转变的今天,校园文化具有的育人功能是不容小视的。健康的校园文化能潜移默化地影响师生的思想观念、价值取向、行为方式。有利于弘扬学校精神,有利于推动和谐校园建设,有利于培养有个性特征的、有创造性的、动手能力强的实用型人才,从而实现职业学校学生高效就业。校园文化建设有必要性、重要性,同时校园文化发挥着自身重大的作用。
