随着我国证券市场的不断发展,证券公司也随之不断壮大,管理也逐步规范化。同时作为证券市场重要的组成部分之一,在市场的规范化进程中也起到相当大的作用。但由于我国证券市场起步较晚、对行业认识欠缺,在过多的重视规范市场交易行为的同时忽略了对证券公司的财务管理,通过对其现状及存在问题的分析,提出了一些建议、对策以促进证券公司的发展。
