人才是企业的第一资源,人才为企业带来的是更新的创造力、更高的绩效以及更大的活力。但在我国,许多中小企业由于其自身能力和条件的限制、领导用人问题上的偏差,人才流失问题严重,影响了企业的发展。究其原因,主要是领导的人才观念误区和选人用人机制不健全造成的。中小企业要想在竞争中立于不败之地,必须重视人才、用好人才,更要重视留人之道,用制度、机制和感情留住人才。
Talent is the company’s first resource. Talent brings newer creativity, higher performance, and greater vitality to the company. However, in China, due to limitations in their own abilities and conditions, and errors in leadership and employment issues, the problem of brain drain is serious and affects the development of enterprises. The reason is mainly caused by the misunderstanding of the concept of talented people in leadership and the unsoundness of the mechanism for selecting and employing people. If SMEs want to be invincible in competition, they must attach importance to talents and make good use of talents. They must also pay attention to the methods of retaining people and retain talents with systems, mechanisms, and feelings.
