以家兔为实验动物，经同剂量ＬＮＴ－ｒＩＬ－２和ｒＩＬ－２多次免疫，ＥＬＩＳＡ法分析两者免疫血清中抗体（ＩｇＧ）滴度，结果显示：ＬＮＴ－ｒＩＬ－２免疫血清中特异抗体滴度与ｒＩＬ－２对照组无显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．１），但总体水平有一定程度下降；ＬＮＴ呈现弱免疫原性。提示ＬＮＴ－ｒＩＬ－２的免疫原性并未由于修饰作用而增强，而是有下降趋势，可能与ＬＮＴ对ｒＩＬ－２的空间位阻等因素有关。
The rabbits were used as experimental animals. The titer of IgG was measured by multiple immunization with the same dosage of LNT-rIL-2 and rIL-2. The results of ELISA showed that the specific antibody of LNT-rIL-2 The antibody titers had no significant difference with rIL-2 control group (P <0.1), but the overall level decreased to a certain degree; LNT showed weak immunogenicity. It suggested that the immunogenicity of LNT-rIL-2 was not enhanced by the modification, but rather decreased. It may be related to the steric hindrance of LNT to rIL-2.
