教学改革,关键不在于教学模式、教学方法的革新,也不在于课程标准、教材的修订,而在于教育教学理念的转变。面对日渐兴起的教育教学新理念和已经固化的教育教学旧认识,我们应该如何取舍?全盘否定自我是一个艰难痛苦的过程,抛弃已有好做法不是改革的初衷;全盘接受新思想又带有急功近利的色彩,还有可能陷入迷惘、虚无的境界。黄玉平老师告诉我们,教学改革是一个否定之否定的扬弃过程,在这一过程中,我们需要坚守、更需要学习,需要实践、更需要思考,只有不断求变求新、追求真理,我们才可能与改革共成长。
Teaching reform, the key lies not in teaching mode, teaching methods of innovation, nor is the curriculum standards, textbook revision, but rather the concept of education and teaching changes.
