同志们: 我们这次全国炼钢会议,开了5天,经过全体代表的紧张工作,今天就要结束了。这次会议是继1983年第一次全国炼钢会议之后,我们炼钢界的又一次盛会。参加我们这次会议的,既有炼钢界的老专家,又有新同志,新老同志济济一堂,检阅我们两年多来取得的新成绩、新经验;还共同商议了1985～1987年炼钢生产、技术发展的大计。可以这样说,如果第一次全国炼钢会议是我们扭转局面,打好基础的一次动员会。那么,这次会议,就是再次
