水玻璃胶泥最大特点是耐有机溶剂、耐氧化性酸,即使95%的浓硫酸都能长期使用,耐温可达700℃以上。我厂利用它,解决了某些生产上的急需,效果良好。现举两例介绍如下。1.浓硫酸储罐穿孔的修复我厂制硫车间碱渣装置容Ⅱ硫酸罐,内装介质95%的浓硫酸,常温下使用。去年5月罐壁上部与管线连接处,焊缝腐蚀穿孔,孔径约200mm。以往常使用的有机胶粘剂无法满足这种条件。试用水玻璃:氟硅酸钠:辉绿岩粉=100∶15∶180(质量比)
